Sec. 665.108. - Service charge authorized.

The selling agent may collect, at the time he sells a ticket, a service charge of not to exceed $0.50, or such lesser amount as may be allowed by the Director, in addition to the price of the ticket. The selling agent may keep the service charge so collected as his compensation for his services as selling agent. (Ord. 82-278-160, § 1; Ord. 83-591-400, § 1) Note— Former § 266.108.
