Sec. 668.101. - Definitions.

In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) Director means the Executive Director of Office of Economic Development. (b) General Manager means the Chief of Recreation Activities who is the General Manager of the Gator Bowl Stadium pursuant to Section 33.302 . (c) Lessee means a person who has been awarded the right to rent a sky box and has executed a lease agreement with the City for that purpose. (d) Sky box means one of the private sitting rooms, containing either 12 or 16 seats, constructed in the upper level of the Jacksonville Municipal Stadium, leased to private persons and used for the viewing of events in the Jacksonville Municipal Stadium.
