Sec. 668.107. - Assignment of leases; death of lessee.

No lessee shall sell, pledge, assign, sublet, alienate or otherwise transfer any portion of his rights, benefits or interest in a lease agreement under this Chapter to any other person without the prior express written consent of the Director. A lessee shall at all times keep the sky box free and clear of all liens and encumbrances of any nature whatsoever. Upon the death of an individual lessee, his personal representative may retain the lease and transfer the remaining term thereof to the next of kin of the deceased lessee, who shall be substituted therefor and subject to the terms and conditions of the lease; but no lessee shall have the right to transmit the lease, or any interest therein, by will or intestate succession.
