Sec. 670.110. - Violations.

A person who: (a) Commits any of the prohibited acts listed in Section 670.103 or aids in, procures or acquiesces in the commission of any of these prohibited acts; or (b) Permits the creation, maintenance or continuation of a public nuisance contrary to Section 670.109 ; Shall be guilty of a class C offense.
