Sec. 678.205. - False alarms prohibited; reward for capture and conviction of violator.

(a) It shall be unlawful for a person to make or send in a false fire alarm to any station of the City fire forces. Violation of this Section shall constitute a class D offense, with a minimum fine of $50 and a minimum term of imprisonment of 30 days. (b) The Mayor is authorized to offer a reward for the capture and conviction of a person who violates this Section, not to exceed the sum of $100 for each person detected and convicted.
