Sec. 678.301. - Designation of fire hazard areas.

The Director of Fire and Rescue is authorized and directed annually to designate, on or before October 1, those railroad rights-of-way to be known as fire hazard areas in the General Services District, in conjunction with the State Division of Forestry. After designation, the Director of Fire and Rescue shall immediately notify the railroad companies of the designations. (Ord. 78-979-537, § 1; Ord. 83-591-400, § 1) Note— Former § 322.301.
