Sec. 678.302. - Maintenance of designated fire hazard areas.

It shall be the duty of the railroad companies operating in the General Services District to maintain the rights-of-way designated pursuant to Section 678.301 as fire hazard areas in an approved condition as prescribed by the Director of Fire and Rescue so as to prevent fire from igniting or spreading from the rights-of-way to adjacent property.
