Sec. 692.202. - License required.

No person or organization may: (a) Conduct a bingo game or a series of bingo games as an operator; or (b) Lease any premises for the conduct of bingo as a lessor; Unless in either case the person or organization is the holder of a current annual license as required by this Chapter.
