Sec. 692.213. - Minimum periods of revocation.

Whenever the Sheriff revokes the license of an operator or lessor: (a) For any of the reasons stated in Section 692.212 (a)(1)(v), (vi) or (ix) or (2)(vi), the revocation shall be effective for a minimum period of one year from the date of revocation. (b) For any of the reasons stated in Section 692.212 (a)(1)(i) or (ii) or (2)(i), the revocation shall be effective for a minimum period of five years from the date of revocation. In either case, the operator or lessor whose license has been revoked shall be ineligible to apply for the issuance of another license in any classification for at least the minimum period. The Sheriff may not waive the provisions of this Section nor reduce the minimum periods herein provided. (Ord. 78-1324-661, § 1; Ord. 83-591-400, § 1) Note— Former § 405.213.
