Sec. 710.111. - Restrictions on ownership by Council members.

On and after the effective date of public offering of the stock of a Franchisee, members of the Council and their immediate families shall be prohibited from having a beneficial interest or ownership in the Franchisee during the member's term of office and for two years thereafter.
