Sec. 710.122. - Modification of franchise.

Any modification of a Franchise Agreement shall be in accordance with the provision of Section 625 of the Cable Act (47 U.S.C. § 545), unless otherwise agreed as between the City and a Franchisee. (Ord. 2003-188-E, § 1)
