Sec. 711.301. - Part designation.

This Part shall be known and may be hereafter referred to as the "utility franchise agreement" provisions of the City relative to the use of City rights-of-way for certain utility installations. This Part shall not apply to a communications service provider governed by Part 4 of this Chapter. (Ord. 2001-427-E, § 2)
