Sec. 711.307. - Renewal/fees waived.

The minimum biannual (and initial term) franchise agreement term for any defined utility or utility shall be from the effective date for the initial portion of the biannual term of at least one year through January 1 of the next year and on or before January 1 for each biannual term thereafter. Any fees that might otherwise be payable pursuant to this Section shall be waived in consideration for fees payable to the City pursuant to the "amount and payment of fees" Section of this Part 3.
