Sec. 711.319. - Duration.

The term of any franchise shall be set out in the franchise agreement if awarded by an ordinance. The initial term of any franchise shall not exceed five years (with possible renewal terms not to exceed five years, subject to approval by the designated director) if awarded by administrative agreement. Any franchise may be terminated sooner as provided in this Part. (Ord. 2001-427-E, § 2)
