Sec. 711.322. - Interest on delinquent fees.

Any franchise fees which remain unpaid after the dates specified herein shall be delinquent and shall thereafter accrue interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum compounded monthly (or whatever lesser rate as required by law) until paid to the City and the grantee shall reimburse the City for the actual out-of-pocket costs of the City, together with reasonable attorney's fees associated with collecting any sums of money that grantee is required to remit to the City pursuant to this Chapter.
