Sec. 711.407. - Conditional use of City rights-of-way.

To the extent that a Registrant leases or otherwise uses the Communications Facilities of a Person that is duly registered or otherwise authorized to place, maintain or Collocate Communications Facilities in the City's Rights-of-Way, Registrant shall make no claim, nor assert any right, which will impede the lawful exercise of the City's rights, including requiring the removal of such Communications Facilities from the City's Rights-of-Way, regardless of the effect on Registrant's ability to place, maintain or Collocate its own Communications Facilities in City Rights-of-Way.
