Sec. 711.416. - Waiver of Registration and Permit Fees and Communications Services Tax.

In consideration of the City's receipt of the "Discretionary Communications Services Tax" authorized by Florida Law, the City hereby waives all fees to obtain a Registration and Permit under this Part 4. This waiver shall not apply to the collocation rate fees charged by the City to Collocate Small Wireless Facilities on City Utility Poles as permitted under this Part and F.S. § 337.401.
