Sec. 711.419. - Applicability.

This Subpart B shall apply to Underground Communications Facilities that are placed or maintained in the City's Rights-of-Way. This Subpart B shall not apply to Collocated Small Wireless Facilities or Small Wireless Sole Purpose New Utility Poles that are placed, maintained or Collocated in the City's Rights-of-Way under Subparts C, D and E of this Part.
