Sec. 711.421. - Limitation on new or additional Underground Communications Facilities.

To the extent not otherwise prohibited by State or Federal law, the City shall have the power to prohibit or limit the placement of new or additional Underground Communications Facilities within a particular area of City Rights-of Way. (Ord. 2017-863-E , § 4)
