Sec. 711.423. - No damage to underground infrastructure.

A Registrant shall not place or maintain its Communications Facilities so as to interfere, displace, damage or destroy any infrastructure, including but not limited to, sewers, gas or water mains, storm drains, pipes, cables or conduits of the City or any other Person's facilities lawfully occupying the City's Rights-of-Way.
