Sec. 711.428. - Wireless Facilities Allowed in the City's Rights-of-Way.

Only the following Wireless Facilities may be placed, maintained or Collocated within the City's Rights-of-Way subject to the conditions of this Part: (1) Small Wireless Facilities Collocated on City Utility Poles or JEA Utility Poles (or Replacement Poles); (2) Small Wireless Facilities Collocated on Private Utility Poles (or Replacement Poles); (3) Small Wireless Sole Purpose New Utility Poles; and (4) Micro Wireless Facilities suspended on cable strung between Existing Structures. Wireless Support Structures are not permitted within the City's Rights-of-Way. Wireless Facilities identified above shall not be permitted in the City's Rights-of-Way except as permitted in this Part, unless otherwise permitted by applicable State or federal laws or regulation. The approval of the installation, construction, placement, maintenance, or operation of a Wireless Facility pursuant to this Part does not waive any other applicable law, rule or regulation pertaining to the provision of any Communications Services or authorize the installation, placement, maintenance, or operation of any other type of Communications Facilities in the City's Rights-of-Way other than as expressly contemplated in any application made under this Part.
