This Subpart D shall apply to Small Wireless Facilities that are Collocated in the City's Rights-of-Way. This Subpart D shall not apply to Underground Communications Facilities permitted under Subpart B or Small Wireless Sole Purpose New Utility Pole placed under Subpart E. (Ord. 2017-863-E , § 4)
