Sec. 711.434. - Privately owned structures; JEA Utility Poles and Private Utility Poles.

Nothing in this Section authorizes a person to Collocate or attach Wireless Facilities, including any Antenna, Micro Wireless Facility, or Small Wireless Facility on a privately-owned Wireless Support Structure, or other private property. Collocation of any Small Wireless Facility on a JEA Utility Pole or Private Utility Pole shall be done in compliance with the requirements of this Part. No application for Collocation on a JEA Utility Pole will be considered or approved unless the application contains a JEA Notice of Approval as set forth in this Subpart. (Ord. 2017-863-E , § 4)
