Sec. 711.435. - Limitation on Permitting of Small Wireless Facilities.

Any Permit approval by the City for the Collocation of a Small Wireless Facility under this Subpart D does not authorize the provision of any voice, data, or video Communications Services or the installation, placement, maintenance, or operation of any Communications Facilities other than Small Wireless Facilities in the City Rights-of-Way.
