Sec. 711.436. - Applicability.

This Subpart E shall apply to Small Wireless Sole Purpose New Utility Poles that are placed in the City's Rights-of-Way as a result of the alternative location negotiations under Subpart C of this Part and shall also apply to applications to place a Small Wireless Sole Purpose New Utility Pole by a Wireless Infrastructure Provider pursuant to F.S. § 337.401(7). This Subpart E shall not apply to Underground Communications Facilities permitted under Subpart B and Small Wireless Facilities Collocated under Subpart D. (Ord. 2017-863-E , § 4)
