Sec. 714.101. - Authority.

This Chapter is adopted pursuant to the City's home rule authority provided by its Charter as authorized by the Florida Constitution, and pursuant to F.S. Ch. 170 and F.S. Ch. 197. (Ord. 2005-157-E, § 3; Ord. 2019-321-E , § 1)
