Sec. 715.401. - Applicability.

This Chapter and the City Council's authority to impose assessments pursuant hereto shall be applicable throughout the incorporated area of the Consolidated Government of the City of Jacksonville, Florida. (Ord. No. 2010-444-E, § 1)
