Sec. 715.403. - Severability.

The provisions of this Chapter are severable; and if any Section, subsection, sentence, clause or provision is held invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Chapter shall not be affected thereby. (Ord. No. 2010-444-E, § 1)
