Sec. 734.106. - East Eighth Street crossing.

It shall be unlawful for a railroad company to make up trains or to stop a locomotive car or train on a track across East Eighth Street. Violation of this Section by a railroad company or person in charge of a railroad train shall constitute a class D offense.
