Sec. 734.110. - Watchman.

At every railroad crossing where a watchman is required, every person owning or operating railroad trains over the tracks and crossing shall provide a watchman at the crossing whose duty it shall be at all times to give ample and timely warning to all vehicles and pedestrians of the approach of an engine or cars about to cross the street crossing.
