Sec. 734.114. - Approval of crossing construction.

No railroad crossing of a public street, road or right-of-way in the City shall be constructed or reconstructed until detailed plans therefor shall have been submitted to and approved by the City Engineer as being in compliance with the provisions of Section 734.113 .
