Sec. 745.302. - Violations and Penalties.

(a) A person interfering with the discharge of duties under Part 1 of this Chapter, or violating the provisions of Part 1 of this Chapter shall be guilty of a Class A offense, unless otherwise indicated in the relevant Section. (b) A person interfering with the discharge of duties under Part 2 of this Chapter, or violating the provisions of Part 2 of this Chapter shall be guilty of a Class D offense, unless otherwise indicated in the relevant Section.
