Sec. 77.101. - Legislative intent.

It is the intent of the Council to provide a continuum of services for the City's children and youth. The Council desires to offer through one single public body, known as the Kids Hope Alliance, a comprehensive and integrated system of essential children and youth programs and services that will address the critical needs of children and youth.
