Sec. 77.104. - Territorial jurisdiction.

The Kids Hope Alliance may implement the programs, services and activities under the Essential Services Plan for Kids throughout the General Services District. The City is exercising its powers as a County in the enactment of this Chapter under the authority contained in Section 3.01 of the Charter. (Ord. 2017-563-E , § 2)
