Sec. 77.112. - Funding restrictions on food and beverages.

A Provider, Small Provider or Agency receiving City funds under this Chapter shall not expend more than two percent of City funds annually, in the aggregate and per contract, on incidental costs related to the children and youth programs, services and activities, such as the costs of amusement, awards, social activities, meals, and beverages.
