Sec. 77.115. - Intra-agency liaison relationships established.

KHA shall coordinate regularly with City departments, agencies, and offices (collectively, the "City Departments") and independent agencies in implementing the Plan. The Board shall establish a liaison relationship with the following City Departments and independent agencies regarding the Services to be provided under the Plan: (a) Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department (the "Parks Department"); (b) Jacksonville Public Library; (c) Neighborhoods Department; (d) Jacksonville Journey Forward; (e) Jacksonville Housing Authority; (f) Jacksonville Housing Finance Authority; and (g) Any other City departments, offices or agencies as determined by the Board. A designated liaison from a City Department or independent agency under this Section shall not be a Board member. The liaison's sole purpose shall be to facilitate and communicate information between the Board and the City Department. The Board shall annually present to the Rules Committee on the effectiveness of the intra-agency liaison relationships required under this Section within three months of the close of the fiscal year.
