Sec. 772.102. - Doing business without license.

A person who shall carry on or conduct a business for which a license is required without first obtaining the license shall, except in such cases as otherwise provided by law, be guilty of an offense. Upon conviction, he shall be punished by a fine of not more than double the amount required for the license, not to exceed the penalty for a class D offense.
