Sec. 772.126. - Delinquent personal property tax.

The Tax Collector shall refuse to issue an occupational license to an applicant or renew same if the tangible personal property tax of the applicable business has become delinquent and a tax warrant has been issued therefor. (Ord. 89-1055-516, § 2)
