Sec. 772.321. - Miscellaneous business not otherwise provided for.

Every person engaged in the operation of a business of such nature that no license can be properly required for it under other provisions of this Chapter shall pay a license tax of $200; provided, that no license shall be required for the growing or producing of agricultural and horticultural products.
