Sec. 772.322. - Moving picture shows, theaters and drive-in theaters.

Owners, managers or lessors of theaters or halls employing traveling troops, theatrical, operatic or minstrel, giving performances in buildings fitted up for these purposes or moving picture shows giving exhibitions in buildings permanently used for this purpose or drive-in theaters shall be allowed to give as many performances or exhibitions in the buildings, theaters or areas as they wish on payment of the following license tax: (a) Drive-in theaters, for each parking space .....$ 1.25 (b) All theaters or buildings permanently used, for each seat .....0.31 (c) Dinner-type theaters .....200.00 (Ord. 80-765-409, § 2; Ord. 82-662-295, § 26; Ord. 83-591-400, § 1; Ord. 95-854-514, § 4) Note— Former § 804.323.
