Sec. 772.327. - Radio, television or broadcasting stations.

A person engaged in the business of operating a commercial radio, television or broadcasting station, or carrying on the business of producing or generating electromagnetic waves for the purpose of broadcasting by radio transmission, or engaged in the business of intrastate radio broadcasting only, or soliciting or selling advertisements in the City upon the local and intrastate portion of the business only, or a combination thereof, shall pay an occupational license tax as follows: (a) AM or FM station .....$225.00 (b) Television station .....437.50 (Ord. 80-765-409, § 2; Ord. 83-591-400, § 1; Ord. 95-854-514, § 4) Note— Former § 804.328.
