Sec. 772.328. - Railroads.

(a) Every person engaged in the business of operating a passenger terminal railroad station in the City shall pay an occupational license tax of $225. (b) Each person engaged in the City in the business of operating a railroad company whose tracks are contained within, or extend into or through, the corporate limits of the City shall pay an occupational license tax of $300.
