Sec. 772.330. - Schools, colleges, etc.

Every person engaged in the business of operating a school, college or other educational or training institution for profit shall pay a license tax as follows: (a) Academy of music .....$ 50 (b) Barber college .....150 (c) Beauty culture school .....150 (d) Dance academy .....50 (e) Kindergartens, day nurseries and combined kindergarten-day nurseries .....50 (f) Schools: ..... (1) Business college, vocational school, driving instruction and schools not otherwise licensed .....150 (2) Private academic .....70 (3) Ceramic school .....70 (g) Teachers: ..... (1) Dancing .....30 (2) Instrumental or voice .....30 (3) Private instruction or tutoring .....30 Teachers shall be allowed to teach in more than one location without payment of additional taxes and teachers giving lessons or instructions in their homes without assistance or a staff shall not be required to pay a license tax.
