Sec. 780.101. - Tax bills less than $5.

(a) The minimum tax bill shall be $5. (b) The Property Appraiser is instructed that he shall not make an extension on the tax roll for any parcel for which the tax will amount to less than $5. (c) The Tax Collector is instructed not to mail a tax notice to a taxpayer when the amount of taxes shown on the tax notice is less than $5.
