Sec. 780.322. - Approved by Council.

(a) Whenever the Director, or the Commission upon appeal pursuant to Section 780.331 , reviews and approves a final application, the Council Secretary shall direct the General Counsel to draft a resolution, introduced by the Committee to which Historic Preservation matters are referred, approving the granting of the tax exemption. (b) The resolution approving the application for exemption shall include: (1) The name of the owner and the address of the historic property for which the exemption is granted. (2) The period of time for which the exemption will remain in effect and the expiration date of the exemption. (3) A finding that the historic property meets the requirements of this Section.
