Sec. 780.338. - Notice to property appraiser.

Within three business days following receipt by the Director from the applicant of a certified copy of the recorded preservation exemption covenant, the Director shall transmit a copy of the final application to the Property Appraiser, with instructions that the Property Appraiser provide the historic rehabilitation tax exemption to the applicant. A copy of the letter of transmittal to the Property Appraiser shall be sent to the applicant within three business days following its submission. (Ord. 94-308-168, § 1) Note— Former § 790.338.
