Sec. 790.110. - Impairment of prior obligations.

Nothing contained in this Chapter shall impair or affect the validity of pledges of revenues derived from public service taxes heretofore made by the former government of the City for the debt service requirements of obligations issued by the former government of the City. (Ord. No. 2002-794-E, § 1)
