Sec. 796.103. - User fee imposed.

For every ship which is anchored in storage on the St. Johns River for a period exceeding 48 hours, there shall be imposed a user fee on the ship which shall be found in www.coj.net/fees . This fee shall not be imposed on any ship which is a common carrier engaged in the normal course of business of receiving or delivering commercial cargoes at terminal facilities of the Port of Jacksonville.
