Sec. 796.201. - Intent.

It is the intent of the City to impose the emergency telephone system fee throughout Duval County provided for herein pursuant to the enabling authority contained in F.S. § 365.171(13), for the purposes stated therein. (Ord. 85-887-484, § 1)
