Sec. 796.202. - Applicability.

This Part shall apply throughout the territorial limits of Duval County, Florida, and shall be imposed upon all local telephone exchange subscribers located therein. Accordingly, the City is exercising its power as a County pursuant to Section 301, of the Charter of the City of Jacksonville. (Ord. 85-887-484, § 1; Ord. 2000-1186-E, § 1)
